I am a complete newbie at all of this. So very specific instructions will be appreciated.

My computer is running very slow. When I look at windows task manager it shows my cpu usage at 100%. There is something named agent.exe that seems to be using a lot of the cpu.

I have ran several spyware and virus scans, including: CCleaner, Ad-Aware, AVG, Spybot Search & Destroy, SuperAntispyware, and the scanner from housecall.trendmicro.com. These could not remove all of the problems they found.

I have restarted, and after all the work I have done, still no change!!! This is my last hope!
