One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.

This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall

However, if you do not have the resources to reinstall your computer and would like me to attempt to clean it, I will be happy to do so. In that case follow the instructions below.

Download
SDFix
and save it to your desktop. (If you can't download with this computer try to get it downloaded on some other one.)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the
following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the
    Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press
    Enter
    .
  • Choose your usual account.
  • In Safe Mode, double click the SDFix.exe file. Click Install in appearing window,
  • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to
    start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
    registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
    will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
    display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
    your desktop icons.
  • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
    contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
    a new HijackThis log
I downloaded the SDFix, I went into safe mode and I installed the program, But I don't understand the "RunThisBat" part, the progam just showed a window listing a bunch of files and then disappeared. I'm sorry I'm so dumb
Hi It may have already done what needed. :) Does SDFix folder contain Report.txt file? If yes, post its contents together with a fresh hjt log.
OK, I figured out that I had to go to SEARCH for files and folders, Searched for SDFix, then I sent the Run This file to desk top, Went into safe Mode and then double clicked Run This Bat file, when the program started a popup said " Cannot import assosfix.reg Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error. I clicked ok and the program resumed. this is what it found:

Well.. I already had the Malbites program on my computer, Had forgotten to update it before I ran it last night ,,,so I updated it and ran it again after I had posted those logs …. when I ran it half way through it found 87 corrupt files then I got a staus code 128 and the computer restarted itself I restarted the program and it finished and finding 87 corrupt files…it couln't fix all of the problems.it would fix them on restart..I clicked ok and when it tryed to restart it just went to a blue screen with STOP:c000021 Bad Image Checksum The image shell32dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum. I get the same thing when I attempted to start in safe mode or to the last known good configuration It had found ROGUE.Winfix in those 87 corrupt files. Now I'm on the libary's computer. Cause when I plugged my home pc in all it will do is flash a hundred times a minute! (the lites where the on/off button, and the disc drive are!) Now I am really pulling my hair out !!! :pullhair: :pullhair:
