[Closed] Infected

My computer is running unusually slow. I suspect I am infected. Hijack has identified several items it describes as potentially the problem but indicates that the current version of HijactThis as ineffective since the malware will recognize it and crash it. It also identifies an earlier version (1.98.2) as effective against this malware. What should I do? If needed, where can I get verwion 1.98.2? My most recent scan is attached. Thanks

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
