Hard drive keeps filling up

I am new to hijack this. I have a big problem with my computer my harddrive keeps saying it is almost full, even when i go through and delete any unwanted files and programs. I am running windows XP.

I went through the web site and found another thread about a similar problem so i followed what he said just to give me help to forum. First attached log is the uninstall list from hijack this. Second attachment is the file bootcheck.exe made. The Third is the WinPFind35u.exe log. The fourth is the hijackthis log with the program renamed. I hope all of this helps. Thank you again.
