I am slightly computer savy but only in terms of general computer stuff. When it comes to viruses, I am two brain cells from down syndrome. Recently I went to download an active X update and instead was infected with a virus or viruses. I have read the threads within this forum but am still a little lost. The terminology is not even remotely familiar to me. I can give any information needed but am not sure what information is pertinant. Can someone please advise me? PS.
