Hi, I am charged with cleaning off a trojan virus (BHO.DFZ) on a co-workers computer. I saw an earlier thread on the same virus, so I followed the instructions to post a Combofix and HijackThis log. So following is the information. Could someone help me get this cleaned off, please? Thank You!

Edited to add: (Sorry, this is my first time posting here, and figured I should maybe add more of what I have been told is happening.) The first signs of real infection came when a pop-up appeared saying something to the effect: "You have been visiting porn sites which could damage your relationships…blah, blah, blah, press OK to run a scan of your CPU to check for viruses." I assume OK was never pressed, but when even "X"d out of the box, a pop-up browser came up with a window showing a scan of some sort. That window was closed quickly. It kept popping up as I was trying to run a virus scan. The first virus scan came up with a name of JS/Psyme. It was caught by AVG and placed in the vault (could not be repaired). We thought it was maybe cleaned off, but things are still running slowly and she stated that her desktop icons disappear on occasion and come back after a few seconds. (I guess this had been happening for a while, but I was unaware.) Today I got back on it to see what else was happening, and this is when I came across the BHO.DFZ trojan virus on file ynpjwfje.dll, which AVG said it healed. Upon restart, it is also popping up a message of "Error loading: c:\windows\system32\ajfegaen.dll. The specified module could not be found."
I hope this helps describe it a little more. It is a bit more difficult to describe what exactly is going on when it is not your computer and not sure where it has been.
