Hi all–new to the forum! I'm kind of an amateur "techie" and I've known for a while that our computer(s) at work (I run a small educational business) are TEEMING with all kinds of suspicious or unnecessary junk, but I've been hesitant to actually do anything about it. However, Internet Explorer has been freezing lately, and in general the computer has been running very slow lately. I did a hijackthis scan, which I'll post below, but yesterday I looked at running processes in taskmanager and looked up some of the results–I'm concerned about the processes "Dfsvc.exe" and "knlwrap.exe."–If the latter is really a keylogger, this poses a HUGE security threat to our business, as we use an computer based program to process all of our customers credit card info!!!! Please help me ASAP—I don't want my customers to have their cc info stolen!!!!!!!
