Welcome to the Forums.

The fixes we will use are specific to your problems and should only be used for this issue on this machine.

Please only use this topic to reply to. Do not start another thread.
If any other issues arise let me know.
The process is not instant. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear. So lets do this to the end!

  • All hijackthis logs I ask for should be done in normal mode ( not safe mode)
  • These logs should be done last after you have followed my instructions in the previous post.

Please if you decide to seek help at another forum let us know. There is a shortage of helpers and tying 2 of us up is a waste of time.
If you have any questions about any advice given here please STOP and ask!

We will look into your problems but first I have a question.

Can you tell me about these programs. Some of my searches pull up alot of info in another language and that alone makes me cautious.

VDC Internet Online Manager
O4 - Startup: NetCafe.lnk = C:\Program Files\NetCafe\NetCafe.exe
O4 - Startup: webfil.lnk = C:\Program Files\VDC\InternetOnline\webfil.exe

First off smss.exe is a legitimate windows file as long as it's run from the proper location.
I see it here in your log and it is safe.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exe <
Windows has another legitimate file I want to be sure yours wasn't a typo.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe Also run from the system32 folder.

I want to be sure you were asking about slass.exe .

If you are asking about slass.exe lets start with a few scans.
If not other than the programs I have asked about your log looks clean.

Please do these in the order I have them in.
