[Closed] Baseline newbie

Trying to help out a friend with a what appears to be a Trojan on his XP machine. He tried downloading something and was infected. Spybot finds things and deletes, but they come right back. Adaware powers down the box when trying to scan. Uninstalled and now it won't install back. Task Manager disabled, active desktop has message about buying something, IE has pop ups trying to send you to buy domething, messages in the taks bar pop up acting like windows. Below are the basline hijackthis logs. Tried Mcafee 8.5 and trend micro with no luck in removing.
