Welcome to What the Tech

You seem to have and are running both Norton Antivirus and F-Security Internet Security, since the latter program includes real time protection for its antivirus component having both of these running with real time protection enabled may cause conflicts. I recommend you disable Norton Antivirus's real time protection, you can still use it as an on demand scanner. If you don't the other option is to disable the antivirus component of F-Secure Internet Security and since it's part of a security suite it's easier and better to simply disable Norton Antivirus's real time protection.
If you want to disable Norton's Antivirus's real time protection please follow these instructions.

Open up HijackThis, do a System Scan and select the following entries(if present)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ccApp] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe"
Then close all other windows (you can keep the current browser window open if you like) and press Fix checked and close the program.

Now please reboot.

  • Download FixIEDef.zip by ShadowPuterDude to the Desktop.
  • Double-click FixIEDef.zip, this will create a folder named FixIEDef on your Desktop.
    [external image: Posted Image]
  • Double-click of the FixIEDef folder.
    [external image: Posted Image]
  • Locate FixIEDef.bat and double-click on it.
    [external image: Posted Image]

WARNING: FixIEDef will kill all copies of Internet Explorer and Explorer that are running. The icons and Start Menu on your Desktop will not be visible while FixIEDef is running. This is necessary to remove parts of the infection that would otherwise not be removed. FixIEDef will re-start Explorer at the end of the removal process

NOTE: You will need to temporarily disable any programs you have running that will block attempts to edit the registry. As FixIEDef calls REGEDIT to delete registry keys added by Zlob, Trojan.Downloader.Delf, AntiSpyPro, and IE Defender.

    FixIEDef will now run.
    [external image: Posted Image]
  • You can safely close the Command Console after Explorer has restarted.

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user. See: http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/proc…processutil.htm

I'd like to see an Uninstall List.
Please open up HijackThis.
Click on Open the Misc Tools section button
Click on Open Uninstall Manager
Click on Save list
A Notepad document will open with a list of your installed programs. Please copy that into your reply.

Now please post a new HijackThis(HJT) log and let me know your computer is running.
