Help with Trojan.Vundo

Hello,
I have jumped through all the typical hoops to get rid of the Vundo trojan but they haven't completed the job.
I am getting a program error at startup on Virus Deamon not starting correctly, I have a big red X nest to my C: drive in window explorer and I get lots of popups in Internet Explorer.
