This past week Nod32 was finding a file it suspected of being infected with a variant of the Win32 Genetik trojan. At first I suspected a false positive, but after a scan last night it found another piece of malware. Copying the files to Quarantine I OK'd Nod32 to delete them. I'm waking up to find that my CPU is running at 100% with no apparent reason that I can find. I have no installed and new programs recently and have several gigs available on my hard drive. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I should also add that even as Nod32 was telling me of this malware/adware I never saw an ad or any processes that were new or appeared out of the ordinary - which is what led me to my first conclusion of false positive. Additionally, Adaware and Spybot did not detect anything during a scan late last week.
