[Closed] TrojanDownloader.XS

My desktop has turned black and informs me that it suffered fatal errors due to spyware activity. The computer is now running incredibly slow and pop-ups have begun to show up as well. Every so often my Avast! antivirus software informs me that it has found TrojanDownloader.XS running and attempts to quarentine it… but apparently it hasn't worked so well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
