I have had problems with my laptop in the past with spyware and i am hoping to get help from all the kind folks of "Whatthetech". I"m gad to be here and i know i will get the help i need. Many thanks

Hi val15 and welcome to WTT forums,
If it's help with spyware, malware and the like that you are after then its best to go to the link below, follow all the instructions including posting an HiJackThis log (HJT):

Th expert folks on the malware removal forums will be able to take a look, so to speak, on what's going on inside your machine, using the log that you provide with HJTand give you specific advice on how best to proceed.
Once you have posted a log in the correct forum (not here please as we don't analyse them here on this subforum) resist the temptation (if you can) to do a follow up post there as this would been seen as a "reply" and a malware removal expert might not look at your post thinking that one of his/her coleagues was replying to your post.
