oh. for the symptoms. whenever i open internet explorer it lags and take about 10-15 secs to load and all the while the adress bar sort of blanks out. you can't do anything in it. very abnormal. also, i noticed when doing a search on google i can't(my bad!) go to the link below, or at the bottom of each search website (in green on google).
only when i open i.e. does it pause, not while surfing

sometimes pages never fully load but are functional
