COMPUTER IS RUNNING VERY SLOW ON STARTUP AND THEN TAKES FOREVER TO OPEN ANYTHING. HERE IS THE LOG:

Hello,

You have two Anti Virus programs running , with this type of software, more is not better and can actually slow your system down, you have Norton and AVG Free, your call but you need to uninstall one of them via the Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Starware322 <-- This is Adware, try to uninstall this also.

Also uninstall Hijckthis and download and install the newer version by Trendmicro.

Download Trendmicros Hijackthis to your desktop.
Double click it to install
Follow the prompts and by default it will install in C:\Program Files\Trendmicro\Hijackthis\Highjackthis.exe



1. uninstall one AV
2. Uninstall Starware322
3. Uninstall HJT version 1.99 and install the newer version then post a new HJT log please
