Hello eveyone, looking for some help here info trogen infostealer…

I noticed my antivirus pop'd up telling my system had the virus , then i

noticed all my cookies and passwords were gone from my computer.
So here is what i have done.
Ran spybot search and destroy it found 2 problems vanbot and

coolwwwsearch.oldhelp
I deleted them.
I removed all p2p programs.
ran ccleaner
ran atf cleaner
then booted into safe mode and ran avg
then started computer and ran hijackthis
Currently running spybot search and destroy again

I can tell you i have a file called twzhmy.exe that i saw causing a few

errors a couple of days ago.
I now see it trying to access the reg everytime i reboot but i block it with

spybot s/d
Not sure what this file is , i did a search for it and found it here:
WINDOWS/system32
WINDOWS/prefetch
and also in temporary internet files.

I also noticed when i did control alt delete in look at the processes running

i doesnt show the names of the process anymore.
So i have saved the results form avg , and hijack this .
I would really appricate any help and large donation will be sent.
thanks
jamie

::Report end
One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.

This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall

However, if you do not have the resources to reinstall your computer and would like me to attempt to clean it, I will be happy to do so.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post.
