hi, my name is anna. i have never done this before and i hope i am doing it right, i don't wabt to piss anybody off. i stupidly opened the zip virus on msn messenger the other night and now messenger is buggy. it also puts "clear boxes" if u get my drift, on my desktop, i presume it is trying to send the virus to any of my contacts that are online.
i have run a trend micro house call several times, it picks up a trojan bu doesn't really delete it somehow, it just kind of stops. i have been searching all day on the internet for some clear removal instructions, but none of them seem to fit for me. in c:/windows/system32 there is a file named abgsvc.exe and i believe (from what i have been reading) that this is the file . however when i go to delete, it goes into the recycle bin and then i try to do a cclean over the top and it just keeps saying there's 80mb in there and i run the clean and its still there (80mb) which never happens with ccleaner. anyway, i am asking for some help, i am no computer wizz, but i have a bit of an idea about things and hopefully we can work this out, i just want it gone.

ok, here is my hijackthis log:

and THANKYOU to you wonderful volunteers in advance for any help you can offer. very much appreciated :) , anna

oh p.s. i am running avast, has not helped, and avg anti spyware, doesn't pick it up, and spyware blaster - did not prevent installation!! please get back to me if u need more info.
