Hi, friend of mine having trouble with a Toshiba laptop, is getting alerts about a trojan and virus scan isn't picking anything up. Here's the HJT log. Nothing jumped out at me right away, but I'm fairly inexperienced with this. Please help me find the problem, thanks!

Update:
Some more info from the source…

…quarantined a risk called W32.Xema.A. Whenever I close
the window, it just keeps popping up like it keeps attacking every
minute. Also, my spyware the last two days has quarantined a Trojan
called acrobator or something like that
