Log looks good. If you uninstalled it you can delete the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Viewpoint folder as well. Web info suggests that Shellcon item is MusicMatch, and to resolve it in Add/Remove Programs uninstall Musicmatch® Jukebox. Then rename the C:\Program Files\Musicmatch folder by adding ".old" to the folder name (Musicmatch.old) and downloading and installing a new copy, rebooting after. Assuming you want to keep MusicMatch why not do that now before we complete our cleanup here.

Just need to delete any SmitFraudFix files/folders, as well as the fixwareout folder. To remove the ComboFix items and undo some changes it made go to Start - Run, type the following, then press Enter:

ComboFix /u

Should be okay after that. In addition, I like to recommend reviewing the information Here to make sure you stay malware free.

Jintan - You have been great so far. My computer is running 10X better than before we started this mess. I appreciate your help and assistance given throughout this past week! I deleted SmitFraudFix and Fixwareout folders as directed and then unistalled ComboFix. My last question for you is what should I do with the remaining programs that we used (HijackThis, SpSeHjFix, xp_fix, the backup registry key we created, and all of the logs I have saved on my computer?) Should I just deleted or unistall these or should I place them all in a folder? Thanks again for helping me and I will definitely be following the tips you gave me to stay unifected in the future. Take care, Bertman

Of those items only HijackThis has the added step of uninstalling through Add/Remove programs, and then you can delete all the items listed. I was surely glad to be of assistance here bertman.
