Howdy debinflorida, Welcome to WTT. No outright infection showing, though the log shows some unknown items related to XE Fax. Perhaps some Xerox Fax machine you might have? Have any of your protective software scans there indicated an infected files or functions found?

yes correct its a xerox xe90 fax copier…the exact issue was a problem with word not holding text formats or retaining it's clipboard memory while importing from a live bible translator …i think i figured it out :thumbup: ….the footnotes portion at bottom was slightly spooled or categorized sepaarte and caused a glitch…thanks…

would you be able to post or send a list of TonyKs' BHO list?and his Toolbar list? i always have trouble linking to them when i do a log test….thanks…
