Hey, Little Eagle looked this already. I followed his advice (removing spybot and adaware) and I'm still having issues, albeit apparently fewer.
Sometimes it just stops working. I have to push the power button. When I have music playing, it locks on that note and plays it really loudly. It happens when I'm using iTunes (often when uploading music to iPod), and especially when I have multiple USB devices plugged in. Also, streaming video over skype seems to cause the same problems. Thanks for taking a look at this!
Here are my specs:
AMD Turion 64 x2 1.8Ghz, 2GB RAM etc… so it's not just stalling…
I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium

Hi,

Yes, as little eagle had said, this doesn't appear to be a Malware related issue. There are many other things it could be, some kind of conflict as little eagle also mentioned, hardware, drivers, heat related, Windows corruption, ect….you get the point. I would recommend you try posting your issues in another area of the forum and let them know you were cleared from Malware related issues here in this forum. Here is the link:

Since this issue appears to be resolved … this Topic has been closed. Glad we could be of assistance. If you're the topic starter, and need this topic reopened, please contact a staff member with the address of the thread. Everyone else please begin a New Topic.
