Hello and welcome to the forum

I don't see a anti-virus program running or a firewall. Get the free ones.

Click HERE and Save, Install, Update and run a full scan.

Below is a list of some free firewalls (in no order of preference). It is important to note that you should only have one firewall installed at a time, but you can download to your Desktop and install each in turn to see which one you prefer.

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment
Thanks for responding to my request for help. Below are the copy/paste

My computer is very very slow, the Windows Security Alert "Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! pop up appears about every 2 minutes. My task manager is totally disabled, My antivirus program Spydoctor is totally disabled and not responding, and I have a baseball bat ready to slam into my laptop!

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.

Next:

Download ComboFix from Here to your Desktop.
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you, combofix.txt. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick while its running. That may cause it to stall
again, Thank you for all of your help.

Here are the logs. I have gotten some warning pop ups from saying that cmd.exe are missing but i ignored them and they went away.

You can remove any programs / Tools I had you install. Use Add/Remove Programs to remove if listed there otherwise just delete them and empty recycle bin.

Be sure to Delete these Folders if listed:
C:\QooBox\Quarantine
C:\QooBox

Log looks good :D

If you dont have any programs like these, I would recommend that you get them.
Spywareblaster,
Spywareguard.

Also get a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

Only run one Anti-Virus and Firewall program.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.

Do not use Ad-aware if you have McAfee's VirusScan and AntiSpyware

Safe Surfing. :D

I would also suggest you read this:
So how did I get infected in the first place?

Thanks for all of your help. I will do the changes and deletes that you recommend. One other thing.. I purchased Spydoctor for 40 bucks and it was useless. How do I get my money back from them and donate the 40 bucks to you? Bill

Bill

I guess you could always ask for a refund

I'll leave this open for another day or two. If anything comes up let me know.
I see why you are laughing,, I tried to get a refund after only 4 days having the product with a 30 day money back guarentee and guess what?!!??? there is no link for customer service for a refund. imagine that. Anyway, my computer doesn't have the pop up anymore but it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to start up when i reboot. very frustrating. Bill
