[Resolved]Hijacked Browser And Startup

My PC (Windows XP home) has had the browser hijacked to (http://www.safewebnavigate.com/index.php?sid=502&aid=234&said=0&pn=0&pid=1) and some malware that pops up "Windows security Alerts" that send me to the same website. My logfile and startup list follows:

Posted is the new combofix and HJT log. I also inadvertenetly allowed the browser to go to the hijacked page udefender.com so I may have undone some of what you have fixed so far. Also a couple of questions:

1) Should I have system restore on or off? I had turned it off before starting this thread.
2) If I know there is a bad instance in the Hijack this check box screen, should i be checking it now or wait for you?
3) I have profiles for my kids in XP? Do i need to perform any of these steps in those profiles? I did delete the temp internet files and cookies as well as empty yheir recycle bins as part of this. They have not logged in during this process.
