Wow, this one is aggressive. I tried to remove the items with HijackThis and was informed registry editing was disabled. Same thing when I try to alt+ctrl+del to access Task Manager. This is apparently something new. I was able to move explore.exe with OTMoveIt but it said that info.exe could not be found. I have not yet ran AVG Anti-Spyware. I will go ahead and post the OTMoveIT log along with a new HijackThis so you can see what is going on.

OK, looks like we got most of it, just some cleaning up to do.

First

Run a scan with HJT and when finished check the following items (if found).

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\WINDOWS\system32\systems.txt

Now close all open windows and click Fix Checked to remove them.

Next

OK I think we've got your computer clean enough to fit some protection for your system now.

There is no sign of an Anti-Virus Programme or Firewall on your computer.

Please install a Firewall and Anti-Virus Programme from the Free offerings below (or one of your own choice).

Anti-Virus
AVG
Anti-Vir
Firewalls
Zone Alarm
Comodo

AN UNPROTECTED COMPUTER WILL NOT LAST VERY LONG BEFORE IT IS INFECTED.

Lastly we need to deal with your missing Control Panel, so I need to see which registry keys have been affected.
  • Click Start > Run type "%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /config click OK
  • This will bring up a pop up box.
  • Check Main log.
  • Check Extra log
  • check the 5 boxes beneath it.
[*]Hit the Scan button.

[*]When the scan finishes Post the logs back here please.
