Below I am Posting my HJT log. I Am getting many notices from my fire wall (trendmicropro) that a program is trying to access the internet. I will get about 5-10 notices in one moment when starting my PC or after prolonged use. The files are mainly in C://Programfiles\ipwins. I have gone in and manualy removed this entire file. Last time i restarted my computer i didnt have any attempts to access the internet by the program, but my computer is still running slow. I have defragmented my disc. I just need confirmation that no other unwanted malicious programs are still lurking in the corners of my PC.

hi benhijacked, ok good. hows it looking on your end? i would get another antimalware scanner to use. all i see is a trendmicro suite, dont know if that includes a antispyware app or not. if it does cant hurt to have two. some suggestions: AVG antispyware ad aware spybot search and destroy super antispyware dont keep bit torrent running all the time, be careful what you download. i have some file sharing tips on my web site, link below. shelf life
Its not looking good from my side. now the pop ups from my fire wall have doubled in frequency and im getting 17 attempts at a time. it seems to have relocated its self to another file next time it comes u p i will give you the exact file name i cant remember it at the moment. i have removed bittorrent, im pretty sure that i got the virus from limewire. it isnt slowing my computer down too much i just dont want any info stolen and i just want a clean PC. Thank you sooo much for you help
hi benhijacked,

still popups? lets try vundofix:

download and run vundofix.exe:

http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

* Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
* Click the Scan for Vundo button.
* Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
* You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
* Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
* When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
* Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

also you should download, install update and scan with one of these:
AVG antispyware
ad aware
spybot search and destroy
super antispyware

i like superantispyware myself, but choice is yours. i dont see a malware scanner in your log.

Well vundofix had no luck, It reported no infected files. but as soon as it was done i got another warning from trendmicro. the virus is located in C:\System Volume Information\_restore{129201FA-B0AC-49B3-96B2-DEB8B91E727B}\RP80\A0006330.dll . the virus name was maxi files. do you have anymore suggestions on what to do?

system volume restore is your restore points/ some malware can get archived in the system restore points. its very easy to delete them and make a new one, but its important to make sure the computer is clean (of malware) so you dont archive more malware in the restore points. if you dont want to get a malware scanner to check your computer you can do a online scan here:

F-secure scan:
http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml

click on the "start scanning button" near bottom of page.
click to accept/install the ActiveX applet,Click Full System Scan
Once the download completes (may take awhile),the scan will begin automatically.
The scan will take some time to finish.
When the scan completes, click the Automatic cleaning (recommended) button.
