Spyware Bot - Various Pop Ups - Slow Performance

Hi - I have 4 users on my Laptop and Spyware Bot and friends? seem to have infected all 4. I have been all over the internet trying to find a good fix. My Hijack This log is below. Any/all help you can give is greatly appreciated.

hi JacquiC, first in order to use hjt, disable any real time spyware protection you have running like: AVG antispyware guard. how?: Launch AVG Anti-Spyware and in the main window click "Realtime protection" (in green indicating "Active") to change to inactive. look in add/remove programs panel and uninstall spyware bot if present. ———————————————- we will use hjt then boot computer into SAFE MODE, you should copy/paste the rest of this into notepad and save it so you can read it in safe mode first in normal mode use hjt: scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.
