Always good to see folks appreciate the forum's assistance. You'll need to right click Start, select Explore, then use that "index" to locate those items. Like C:\ComboFix.txt will be locate in the C drive folder, and C:\Qoobox will also have it's own folder there. ComboFix.exe would be on your desktop if you downloaded it there as instructed. Keeping SuperAntiSpyware is optional - you can either keep it for regular updates and scans ro remove it through Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs.

i found them hun i went back through some old papers from last time i was here refreshed my mind also this morning when i got up it was out wouldn't come on must done something to my power supply i replaced it now workin yeehaw

Very good you got that solved handily. If you've cleaned everything out now I'd like to recommend reviewing the information Here to make sure you stay malware free.

hun, been having one problem since i've done all this, i don't know if something got deleted are settings got messed up if u can help me fix it greatly appreciate it, i can't save images or pictures to my pc if i right click and save, i can if i download them but not other,

Infection sometimes will temp disable that to force an installation from the web, but best to check the more standard settings first. In IE go to Tools - Internet Options - Content tab, and click the top button to see if the Content Advisor is enabled. This is a filter that when set can block that save option (need to Disable it). The other option to check is again in Internet Options - Advanced tab. Scroll down and see if "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is checked (if so, uncheck it). Then Apply/OK, close and re-open IE and check for changes.
