Trend Micro keep detecting some high risk changes when I mark these for deletion they just come right back with a new warning
I have posted a hijack this log.
Let me know what other info might be needed. I am not extreamly proficient with the computer but I can find my way around.

No infection showing here, though there is an indication of some recent glitch that caused one of those familiar "Send to MS" alerts.

What specific files/locations did it find these - not just the Trend names for what it found, but the actual file/path that it indicated was a risk?
