The more recent issue is closing out of an internet page. I get a message reading "blank page," then I'm asked if I want to send the error. The contents of the error says "Iexplore." Inaddition to closing out of an internet page, all other internet pages and tabs are also forced to close.

Howdy LittleCece,

Welcome to Tom Coyote,

There is some infection showing here with at least RXToolbar, and also RegCure, which is finally getting it's true purposes listed like the folks here did. You can uninstall that through Add/Remove programs right off. The log also shows some of what appears to be corrupted entries, so perhaps RegCure has been making poor choice changes already. We'll see about cleaning that up as we go. Your Proxy settings are very unusual - do you use a proxy net connection, and have added all the IP addresses you trust to that for some reason?

For now do the uninstall, reboot after, post back info on your proxy settings and let's take one additional look here.

Go Here and download Silent Runners to your desktop. Run it, and post back here the log it creates. If your AV queries the script, allow it to run. It's not malicious. It will create a file named Startup Programs, and will notify when the scan is complete. Copy the log from the Startup Programs file back here.
