Problems With Slow Computer, Abnormal Website Problems

My computer is running much slower than usual, and every website that I bring up is not in normal format, rather the fonts are so huge that at times I can barely read an entire page without getting a headache. Plenty of disk space, but haven't had my usual spyware/virus protection up lately. Any help will be greatly appreciated, and I'll post my Hijack log below. Thanks in advance for your help.

1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Next, open Add/Remove Programs and remove if listed:
Viewpoint <–ALL Viewpoint programs listed.


Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.


(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.


Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
