Smitfraud And Random Windows Opening In New Browser

My Spybot S&D has flagged a problem that it can't fix, and it seems to be related to a new problem I'm having where random IE windows open heading to various media sites or to anti-spyware offers (which i'm sure are bogus). Any help would be much appreciated. I tried following the smitfraud self-help instructions, so I'm posting two logs below. A HJT log, and the SmitfraudFix had me generate another log. Thanks again for any help:

(By the way, I've run AVG, and Lavasoft Ad-Aware, with no luck.)

i can already tell that made a huge difference, because when I open firefox, the malware doesn't immediately start opening i.e. pop-ups. haven't had any since running combofix. (and the two deleted files in the combofix log were mentioned in my spybot s&d report, but it couldn't remove them.) i also ran the fixes in HJT that you suggested. here's the combofix log and the new HJT log…thanks again fr all the help:

Hi Rogue,

The Kaspersky scan seems to have found some more junk. I'm just posting the log, though, without telling it to try to clean the stuff since you're instructions didn't say to do that. Let me know if I should… I'm also posting a new HJT log. As for how the system is running, it's definitely quite a bit quicker without the rootkit. And the popups have not returned, which is great. I couldn't get anything done with those popping up every 30 seconds. So in general, the system is running well–maybe not quite as fast as when new, but that could be partly due to all the stuff I've intentionally loaded on it–rather than any malware. The only out of the ordinary thing that I can think of, is when I tell the system to shut down, I usually get a couple pop-ups for non-responsive programs that flash up on the screen briefly, but which the system shuts down quickly, before I can even think about clicking the "End Now" button. The first says something like "ShellCom Hidden Window," and that has happened almost since I've had the computer. The second is a more recent one, which says something like hqsmcore, or something, but it just flashes up for a split second–let me know if you want me to take a closer look at that second non-responsive program window, because I probably got the name wrong. Alone, these aren't particularly annoying problems, but they do make me wonder if something is running in the background that shouldn't be. Overall, I could be content with where the system's at, unless you think there's some junk I ought to clear off. Thanks for any advice…
