Explorer.exe Keeps Restarting

explorer.exe keeps restarting even in safe mode, i have ran many different anti-virus along with anti spyware programs they all have removed some stuff but this problem is still here i have to use task manager to use most programs, please help

Did you place trymedia.com in your Trusted Zone?

Is your Symantec AntiVirus subscription up to date or has it expired?

Rename Hijackthis:

Locate the program Hijackthis.
(C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe)
Select the file, Hijackthis.exe, right-click and select Rename.
Please change the name to: icmore.exe
Then please could you post a new Hijackthis log.

Create Uninstall List with Hijackthis
This is how you do that:
Open HiJackThis
Click on the tab "Open the Misc Tools Session"
Click on the Box that says "Uninstall Manager"
Click on the button "Save list"
Copy and past the List from notepad into your post
