Hello,

Go to start > controlpanel > software > add/remove programs and look if you have one or more of next programs installed and uninstall them:

Netpumper
Bitroll
Bitgrabber
Bitdownload
Torrent101
CiD Help / CiD Manager
Download Plugin for Internet Explorer
Search Plugin
WinZix
Zone Media

This because they are bundled with the malware you are dealing with (swizzor aka lop).

This will uninstall the malware application.
In case, during uninstall, when asked for the uninstall Verification, please enter the numbers that will appear in the window.
In case it says that the file was not found, doublecheck again if you entered the exact command. If still the same, proceed with next steps.

In case you can't find them,

* Go to start > run and copy and paste next command below in the field:
(Please make sure you copy and paste it exactly as you'll find below)

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BuildDownloadSoftTitle\Mp3support.exe" -uninstall

Hit enter.

Then reboot. Important!

After reboot,

* Download Deljob.exe and save it on your desktop.
Doubleclick Deljob.exe.

A log, (logit.txt) should open afterwards. This log will be present on your desktop
Post the contents of the logfile in your next reply together with a new Hijackthislog.
I didnt have any of those programs to uninstall so I ran the command line. Here are the logs.

Hi,

From the logit.txt I see that Messenger Plus! was actually the main problem since you most probably installed it previously with the sponsor packet.
Since no traces of Messenger Plus! are present in your HijackThislog, I assume you already uninstalled/removed it previously - but the sponsor, responsible for these CID popups remained.

Anyway, let's get rid of the leftovers now..

I see you have Windows Defender running.
The real-time protection may interfere with the fixes, that's why I want you to turn it off.

To turn real-time protection off
Open Windows Defender. (Click Start, click Programs, and then click Windows Defender.)
Click Tools, and then click General Settings.
Under Real-time protection options, Uncheck the Turn on real-time protection (recommended) check box.
Then click Save.

When your hijackthislog is clean again, please turn on the realtime protection again.

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [soft title online vc] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BuildDownloadSoftTitle\Mp3support.exe

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

Please set your system to show all files.
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Please hide your hidden files and folders afterwards again, when we are done with this thread and your problems are solved, because above instructions to set your system to show all files, unhide legit files and folders as well.
And I don't want you to delete them because they may look suspicious. To hide them again, just perform the above instructions in the opposite way.

Delete next folders:

C:\deljob
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BuildDownloadSoftTitle
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SECTTHUNKSENDUSER <== delete this folder if you don't know it - it's most probably also related with swizzor (CID popups) since they use random weird looking foldernames.

In case you're not able to delete a folder, * Reboot into Safe Mode`: ( without networking support !)
°To get into the Windows Safe Mode, restart your computer and, just before Windows starts to load, tap the F8 key a few times.
Choose Safe Mode from the menu that will appear and press Enter.

Then try to delete it from Windows Safe mode.

Then, Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1.
  • Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
  • The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language and save to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
    - Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs:
    • Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
    • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
    • J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6-windows-i586.exe to install the newest version.
Post a new HijackThislog in your next reply.
So far so good. All of your prescribed steps have been completed and here is the new HJT log.
