Svchost.exe Cpu 99%

Good morning. I have a Compaq notebook nx8220. When I start it, the SVCHOST.EXE use the 99% of CPU and this problem go away while i don't stop the service in the task manager.
Please could you look the Hijackthis log and tell me if someone see someting not good?
