yes i see it in my add/remove programs list.. i dont need that do i? if i dont need it ,how do i remove it? just the add/remove panel?

I don't think you need it, although it might be possible for a program based on databases to be using it If you want to remove it, then uninstalling it from add/remove programs should be sufficient
