Welcome to the forum, it helps a lot when you tell us what your problem is. Since you did not, I will tell you what I see in your HJT log.

1) Out of date Java program, that can get you infected, see this information:

2) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.
