The problem with my PC is that all password sites, except for website forums, hang. Any website that needs a password otherwise will not load. This means my e-mail, online bill pay, all of that. I also cannot connect to Windows Update or Activation. I did all the preliminary steps like asked and it still has problems so looks like its time for Hijack This.

Hello and Welcome to the forum. I don't see anything bad in your log. When I do my online bill paying I have to hold down the CTRL key to bypass my pop-up blocker. Before you try to access your account, hold down the CTRL key. Give that a try and see if that works.
