Hi shelf life,

OK, it seems that the Run Once registry items, eventually, will not come back.

However, my Pc Is still Very Slow!

I think that is someting wrong with the System Cache it is too high:

Is there any program that I can test the memory with?

Here is a new log:

Plony
hi plony,

sorry for delay. only tool i know for testing memory is memtest 86 and i think microsoft makes one.
usually in my experience, a bad stick of memory will display other signs like a BSOD, crashes etc.
but i have no idea what a normal system cache should be in task manager.

do you have alot of programs running in the backround, i did see 54 processes in the screenshot.

all software makers like to think there stuff is great and needs to run, not so. check any icons by the clock for options not to start with windows, or use msconfig to control what starts with windows:

http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/

dont use any memory or system RAM optimizers that you can download. they are all worthless.

shelf life
