OK, I downloaded and installed Registrar Registry Manager
Now, what shall I do with it.
I also tried to locate the RunOnce problems, but they where not found.

well you could use it to search for those entries and also to delete them.
i dont know why they show up, but then cant be found in the registry.
start hjt click on open misc tools section
check the two boxes next to: Generate startup list log, then click the generate… button

After I enabled Spy Sweeper again, and checked back the Startup Items Shield on
"Startup Programs" tab.

I would think you should disable Spysweeper per previous instructions.
Reboot.
"Fix" whatever it is that needs "fixing" with HijackThis!.
Reboot.
Scan again with Hijackthis! to be sure the "fixed" items are stiil gone.
Turn Spysweeper back on.

All those Run Once registry items, are still listed in "Spy Sweeper" > Startup Programs > Edit Startup Items, even if they are removed from registry.
Once I check the 'Startup Items Shield' the Run Once registry items come back.
