To give you an update, I have had all kinds of problems. To make a very long story short, I had to reload my lap top again. This time I started removing the problems before I ever got on line. Then more fun, but a fire wall helped a lot I think. I even found a modem KeyLogger that was changing my modem pass word each time I tried to use it. I got a little trigger happy with the remove, so this time I removed as little as possible. I'll give it a road test and get back with a log.
I had to re-install my lap top again to be able to install IE-7. After all my scans I have found in the registry, "InprocServer32" in many keys. Doing an on line search I read it is a key logger. Any ideas?
Sorry, it's a greek to me. In a search I found it was a "WinKeyG" key logger. In this re-install I found all the previous problems and removed them I think.
I was able to install IE-7 with no problems this time. Here is my hjt log.

I'll do it right after this. I searched the registry and found this;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\search assistant\ACMru\5603\…….

It depends on the rest of the key. What's after 5603\?
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603 Delete the values on the right hand side I guess that 020 is all right. Must be new.
Here's what the registry shows on the right; default–value not set 000——secuload.dll 001——inprocserver32 002——*.MRK 003——b24711 004——smbios
