Hi and welcome to the forums. :) I'm Markka and I will be helping you with your malware issues. I check your HijackThis log. Right now I'm MRU Undergrad, everything that I post to you must be checked by teachers of Malware Removal University. Please be patient. :)
Hi. Have you installed winantivirus?

You don't have a firewall on your computer. Here are free and good firewalls: (Install only one)

Comodo
OutPost
Kerio
Sygate
ZoneAlarm

We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.

Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Move HijackThis.exe into it's own folder, eg. C:\HJT\

Open HijackThis, Click Do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{572FA69A-6E7E-44A7-91C7-A87F6F1DCFD1}: NameServer = 85.255.114.7,85.255.112.174
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{E7C7893A-6894-4F5C-9755-0D8E63B4D98D}: NameServer = 85.255.114.7,85.255.112.174
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.7 85.255.112.174
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{572FA69A-6E7E-44A7-91C7-A87F6F1DCFD1}: NameServer = 85.255.114.7,85.255.112.174
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.7 85.255.112.174

Now lets check some settings on your system.
(2000/XP) Only
In the windows control panel. If you are using Windows XP's Category View, select the Network and Internet Connections category otherwise double click on Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually local area connection for cable and dsl, and left click on properties. Click the Networking tab. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS servers automatically
Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks.
That option might not be avaiable on some systems
Next Go start run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns
then hit enter, type exit hit enter
(that space between g and / is needed)

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe.
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Please post a fresh HijackThis log, contents of C:\fixwareout\report.txt and Smitfraudfix's log :)
