A quick check here spywareguide draws a blank. Chances are that it will be clean and it's just what I've been looking for so thank's for the link

The day after I wrote this I did a Web search, and it seems Video2Photo is indeed spyware.
I've downloaded some replacements at Anetac Software which I don't think contains spyware.

I see, it scans for usage tracks, but I consider that just as dangerous for future piggyback Trojans.
