MediaServer.exe
MediaLounge Centre device that allows the delivery of streaming video, photographs and music from a home PC acting as a server. The video and photo media can be displayed over a wireless connection to the media "box" connected to a television, and music played to a connected hi-fi system

My guess it's running because of this:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.youtube.com/
i dont know what has to do with my media server lol is just a videos web page… but i enter everyday to youtube and the mediasever doesnt execute.. and when im not doing nothing with my pc (just the Messenger open and runining) suddenly my pc is slow and i check the task manager and is mediaserver.exe who is using 100%
Rename MediaServer.exe to MediaServer.old. Reboot. If everything is OK after that, I'd delete the file. Also look in add remove programs for MediaLounge Centre and remove that if listed.
hey hey i found that in this moment mediaserver.exe is executing but is not using the pc and is using 23,164 KB of the RAM still i rename it? and if i have to rename how do i rename it? :)
ok i found the file mediaserver i rename it to mediaserver.old. and then rebooted and everything is normall mediaserver is not executing
