computer not allowing access to most websites

I am at a loss on what to do. I have run every fix it software I can think of and triple checked all of my settings. I use yahoo as my email and start page and I cannot access simple pages like google and such. Some work, some don't. My computer has also been terribly slow. Here is a hijack this log and the AVG report ran in safe mode and in normal mode. Thanks to whomever helps me out!!
