Hi Dana,
There's the problem. You don't have enough RAM. 64MB will just not get it done. Here's an article right from MS.

64MB is supported and 128MB recommended, but I recommend at least 256, and more like 512 is best. I assume that's why there isn't much running here, it won't.
P3 is OK, hard drive space is getting close. MS recommends having 10% free and will usually warn you if you get there.
If you can afford to add some RAM I think you'll be fine.
