I'm a biologist, and I have been in biomedicine.
So, in exchange I can point you out:
- a rather good biomedical dictionary: http://www.nlm.nih.g...dictionary.html
- a free online journal of biology where you can find the latest biological news (such as bird flu and so on); the medical articles are usually accessible to the layman too: www.plos.org
