Thanks for your reply, I am currently operating on a Fujitsu Siemens notebook. The prob being the fan is running none stop at a very high speed even when notebook is idol. Thus thinking something is going on in the background to which i am not aware of. Any comments on this would be much appreciated. As i think something wrong Cheers

hi,

as far as malware goes the log looks ok. i see you have a antivirus app. i dont see a malware app like ad aware, spybot search and destroy or avg antimalware. you might want to download one of them and scan your computer.
laptops as a rule run hot, lots of heat producing items in a small spot. the fan is controlled by a temp sensor. does the laptop vent look clear, good air movement around the laptop, do you have any power consumption settings in place? settings>control panel>power options.
