I'm not trying to bump this, but I'd like to explain the problems: It began with Ad-Aware finding a Trojandownloader. of some sort; my next restart after cleaning this left me unable to connect to the internet or use taskmanager. windows\csrss.exe was the problem (it appears) with the issue with task manager, and no matter what I told msconfig it would always start be checked to start at startup (even after i had deleted it and registry entries associated with it.) After this i still don't have the internet. Oh, big point is that i fixed this through 'recovery console' because: Everytime i try to (re)start in safe mode i get a blue screen that passes me by too fast for me to read and the machine restarts. Every time. So then after a re-installation of windows I get back on this intranets and use a few online scanners and download a handful of trial anti-virus programs. Result: I am unable to install any antivirus program, or even Spybot. The online scans find a few problems, most notably win32.bagle.hq (&hp) & win32.spybot.gz. i haven't found any good instructions over the web on how to effectively remove either AND if i restart my machine i will once again lose internet access (right now the way i'm dealing with this is by re-installing windows while i research my problems on my roommate's machine; she's getting sick of that) Synopsis (of symptoms): I still can't start in safe mode. If i restart my computer i lose internet access. Thanks if you're still reading this, have a nice weekend, and if you can (and do) help me out you're a truly nice person. d
Sorry for the delay
If you still need help and haven't posted at another forum.

Download and install AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido). Then scan and save the log from the scan.
Instructions and download link can be found here.

Then run this online scan. Save the report.

Rescan with hijackthis and post a new log with the results from AVG .
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
I will be emailed when you reply.
