hi amcdaniel, lets try this: to show all files: FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok ————————————— scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked. O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [itchsixth] C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\APPLIC~1\4ACTIV~1\Bold Online Inter.exe using explorer see if you can find and delete thsi folder that starts with: 4ACTIV located: c:\documents and settings\owner\application data\4ACTIV ——————————————– reboot, rescan and post a new hjt log please.

hi amcdaniel, lost your thread, please reply back in this thread. that 04 item is still there. lets do this: to show all files: FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok ————————————— scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.
